Am I locked into my current manager?

Most management agreements have a notice period — often 30 days. We'll review your agreement with you and time the transition so it's smooth and compliant. In most cases switching is far easier than owners expect.

Will this disrupt my tenants?

No. We notify tenants professionally, take over communication and rent collection seamlessly, and most tenants simply get a more responsive point of contact than before.

What happens to my security deposits and records?

We coordinate the transfer of all deposits, signed leases, maintenance history, and tenant ledgers directly from your current manager so nothing falls through the cracks.

How much does it cost?
