Hello! I'm Chase Calhoun, a Little Rock-based real estate investor, operator, and founder of Chase Calhoun Real Estate. My passion for this work began early, sparked by reading "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and growing up in a family rooted in real estate. Today I run a vertically integrated operation across property management, build-to-rent development, construction, and investment sales. Built around one idea: own the entire chain so investors and owners get one accountable team instead of five disconnected vendors.
Professional Profile
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, my early career was in law enforcement and commercial insurance. I relocated to Little Rock, Arkansas, with my wife Brenda, our son Niko, and our English Mastiff, Axle. Once here, I went deep into long-term rentals, fix-and-flips, and small multifamily, starting with a sight-unseen foreclosure that became one of our first stabilized rentals. Today our team manages 150+ units across Central Arkansas: single-family, duplex, and small multifamily, operating at 95%+ occupancy with sub-30-day vacancies and sub-10-day unit turns.
Since then, our team has completed over 100 property remodels and continues to scale our construction and build-to-rent pipeline across Little Rock, North Little Rock, Sherwood, Conway, Bryant, Benton, Maumelle, and Cabot, delivering high-quality housing and stronger long-term returns for owners.
Beyond real estate, I am a fervent lover of the outdoors and an enthusiastic participant in various fitness activities. Currently training for a half Ironman, I am dedicated to maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle, often found working out at the Little Rock Athletic Club. Additionally, I am an active member of GoBundance, engaging in events nationwide that foster both personal and professional growth.
My professional focus is helping owners and out-of-state investors run real Arkansas real estate operations: acquisition, underwriting, construction, leasing, and ongoing management. I lead our construction business through client-driven remodels and new builds (residential and commercial), and I continue to grow our portfolio of newly constructed and stabilized rental properties. Whether you own one duplex or fifty doors, the goal is the same: clean numbers, fewer surprises, and an operator who actually answers the phone.
Traveling with my family has also become a cherished part of our lives, allowing us to explore new places and experience diverse cultures together.
