Josephine Taveroa works closely with our tenants and owners to ensure their needs are handled efficiently and professionally. Her day-to-day responsibilities include managing work orders, communicating with tenants and coordinating maintenance solutions, following up with guest cards and applications, handling delinquency follow-ups and billing, and providing general support to our tenants. Her goal is to make sure issues are addressed promptly and that both our residents and owners have a positive experience.
