What You’ll Need Ready

Have these ready: photo ID, your two most recent pay stubs (or bank statements if self-employed), current and previous landlord contacts, and employer info.

What We Look For

Income of at least 3x rent, positive rental history with no recent evictions, on-time payment history, and a clean background check. Special cases are reviewed individually — add notes on your application.

Pets

Pet policies vary by property — check each listing. Deposits or fees and breed/weight limits may apply. Service and assistance animals are always welcome.

Timeline

Most complete applications are decided in 1–3 business days. Incomplete applications (missing stubs or references) are the biggest delay.

What Happens After Approval

We send the lease for e-signature, plus deposit and first-month rent details. You’ll get move-in info and tenant portal access for paying rent and submitting maintenance requests.
